Dr. Ahmed Ghallab, President of Aswan University, stressed during his speech on the national projects that Aswan University and the University Hospitals in Aswan are witnessing and the volume of work that is taking place in full swing at Aswan University in the university campus in the desert on an area of 400 acres, including the new administrative building, Aswan University Sports Stadium, a group of multi-purpose sports stadiums and a bathroom Olympic swimming and beach ball courts, the development of science laboratories, the new garage, maintenance workshops for university cars, summer and winter theater, infrastructure works, redrawing and planning of internal roads in the campus in the deserts, and the facilities of the new campus in the new city of Aswan, in which the decision to start the study is made, which the president of the university described as the brave decision and became Aswan University in New Aswan City is a turning point in advancing development in West Aswan, which is taking place in full swing at the university branch in New Aswan, which includes 9 buildings on an area of 98.5 acres, which includes the buildings of the Faculty of Arts , Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Languages and Translation. Faculty of Archeology, Faculty of commerce.
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab added that the university medical facilities and specialized medical centers at the university in New Aswan, which are being implemented, represent the transfer of the quality of the medical and health system in southern Upper Egypt, including what was recently opened from the Central Care Unit, which includes 10 beds to serve patients in Aswan.
