On Saturday, 3\/9\/2024, the scientific session was held to discuss the master\u2019s thesis submitted by researcher. Mostafa Hassan Bayoumi – teaching assistant at the Department of Educational Administration and Comparative Education – which came under the title \u201cLeadership styles and their role in achieving job engagement among Academic staff and their assistants at Aswan University: \u201cField study.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The discussion and judgment committee was composed of:<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Nabil Saad Khalil _Professor of Comparative Education and Educational Administration – Faculty of Education _ Sohag University<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Nabi Abdel-Aal _ Professor and Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration – Faculty of Education – Sohag University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Hanan El Badry Kamal _ Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration _Faculty of Education _ Aswan University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Hanan Abdel-Sattar Mahmoud _ Assistant Professor of Comparative Education and Educational Administration – Faculty of Education – Aswan University.<\/span><\/p>\n
