Strategic goals:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Creating an educational environment that achieves distinction and competition among students.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Effectiveness of graduate studies and encouraging scientific research.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Ensuring the quality of education and accreditation for the Faculty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Participation in sustainable development, community service and environment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing administrative work of Faculty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-“Achieving the first goal” creating an educational environment that achieves distinction and competition among students.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Through a set of the following objectives:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Development of educational programs and courses<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0-Applying the credit hour system.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0-Activating the use of modern teaching strategies.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Taking care of talented and struggling students.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Student health and social care.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Encouraging students on Scientific Innovation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Updating the student library and providing it with modern technologies in a way that contributes to providing learning sources.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing the capabilities of Academic staff and their assistants in teaching and learning processes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Achieving the second goal, \u201cRaising the efficiency and effectiveness of postgraduate studies and encouraging scientific research\u201d through a set of the following strategic goals:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing postgraduate programs and encouraging interdepartmental programs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0-Providing a research plan for the departments.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Encouraging conducting intraregional research.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Encouraging publication in international Journals.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Linking scientific research to community service<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Encouraging innovation and patents.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing the research capabilities of Academic staff and their assistants.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing graduate studies and scientific research programs evaluation system.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Creating an educational database linked to the digital library.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Achieving the third goal, \u201cquality assurance and accreditation of Education for the faculty\u201d through the following strategic goals:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Spreading awareness of culture of quality and the role of Quality Assurance Unit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Providing human resources for quality assurance unit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing a plan for the performance of quality assurance unit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Availability of an internal system for self-evaluation of the faculty’s overall performance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Achieving the fourth goal, \u201cParticipation in sustainable development and community and environment service.\u201d Through a set of the following strategic Goals:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Activating the partnership between the faculty and the Ministry of Education.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Faculty participation in solving community issues.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing the financial resources of the faculty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Follow up and caring for graduates.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Achieving the fifth goal \u201cDeveloping the faculty’s administrative work system through a set of the following strategic Goals.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Raising the administrative efficiency of employees and preparing a second group for administrative leadership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Developing performance measures for the administrative apparatus of the Faculty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
